This Puree is made from fruit picked at maturity that is finely crushed and to which sugar is added (approximately 10%). Purees are used as a substitute for fresh fruit, and offering practicality, time saving, food safety, cost control and consistent quality throughout the year.

THE PUREE is ready to use in:

• Cocktails, fruit juices, smoothies
• Desserts (fruit mousse, round jellies, mousselines, ...)
• Chocolates (fillings) and confectionery (fruit jellies, marshmallows..)
• Ice creams and sorbets

4cl vodka
1cl vanilla syrup
1cl Ponthier lime puree
4cl Ponthier strawberry puree


1 Granny Smith apple
1 large strawberry
1 sprig fresh mint

In a shaker 3/4 full of ice, pour the vanilla syrup, lime and strawberry purees

Add the vodka

Shake well and filter into a pretty cocktail glass. 

Decorate with petals of strawberry stuck to a rectangle of green apple on the rim of the glass. 

(The strawberry petals stay in place thanks to the pectin in the apple)
